When NAKT was founded in 2017 we were still experimenting and trying to find our niche. We knew we wanted to create clubwear but before we decided on industrial style, we tried a few different approaches and created more elegant garments that never got into the final collections.
Back then we were a new, unexperienced start-up and had to stick with our best-selling pieces because of our limited capacities. We shut down the production of some of our most beloved designs like the V-6.
After 3 years those unique pieces and remainder of stock accumulated and we decided give those garments a new home and therefore hosted a charity sale at rack 'n white charity club in Berlin.
While the DJs Tec.no, NK-Gamma & NK-Echo provided us with Techno sets, customers could shop while enjoying a cocktail and looking through the racks from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday July 30th all, while social distancing of course.
15% of our income was donated for charity.
