An article does not fit or you do not like it?
Feel free to send your articles back to us or exchange them directly in our studio in Berlin. If you live in Germany or Switzerland, click here to print your return label.
 
Reduced products are excluded from return.
 

This is how the return works in detail:

German Shipment

    1. Go to: https://nakt-studio.shipping-portal.com/rp/ 
    2. Enter postcode & order number
    3. Print return label
    4. Off goes the post!

    International Shipment

    1. Send an email with your reason for return and order number to:
    community@nakt-studio.de
    2. Send your products with your favorite shipping carrier to (please declare it as a return for the customs):

    3. As soon as your package arrives we will proceed with the return request

     

      - Please try the items carefully -

       

      If you decide to return something, please make sure that the item is in perfect condition. That means....

        - no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains
        - unworn
        - unwashed

            Items that are returned to us in a non-saleable condition will not be refunded and may be returned to you.
