What is the status of my order?NAKT has you covered! We will email you as soon as your orders are shipped, or if there are updates on the status of your order.
We will also send you an update in 5 days and 20 days of your order
COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.
All of our pieces are designed in Berlin and handmade, so giving a definitive time frame is difficult. We will keep you updated, throughout your waiting journey and contact you in 5 days and after 20 days.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. You can initiate a return after receiving the order but we are sure you will love your NAKT piece(s)!

Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of purchase. Please visit our returns page to initiate the returns process.
Will you restock your products?You can register your email to get restock notification on our website for your favourite NAKT products! We'll notify you when this product is in stock.
We do not share your address with anyone else.
NAKT currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, Eps, Sofort, iDeal, Klarna and PayPal.
I received the wrong goods, what do I do?Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience but we promise to make things right!
