Finally, events are allowed to take place again and what better way to celebrate the summer and the freedom, after long dreary days at home, than a boat rave? Basically nothing, we thought and have loaded our equipment on a boat on 07.08. to dance with you through the heart of Berlin over the Spree. We have organized a great line-up for you, and our swimwear collection provide the right outfit. The right beats in the sun, big city air, wind and cool drinks were brought to you by our line-up:
SCHERING is not only part of our team, but also NAKT residental artist. Early on, he traded snare drum and hi-hat for turntables and drum pad. He kept the sticks and since then brings rolling sublines inspired by big city life to the NAKT raves and drums his way into your auditory canals. While his drumsticks were pounding against the airstream, the party was picking up speed as well. SCHERING Ahoy!
Dominique Lamee was responsible for driving, hard techno. Normally her home is Haus 33 in Nuremberg, but for our rave she hired on the NAKT Boat. With her industrial, andrenaline-loaded beats we drifted across the Spree. Dominique Lamee and you, the crowd, really picked up speed at her sweet point of 150BPM.
Next in the line-up was Sergey Maslikov, who for over 5 years, with melodic beats and proper drive, brings the dance floors and now also the NAKT Boat to shake and you to dance. The Russian-born DJ has already played in the most famous clubs in Bavaria, and now his journey has taken him to the NAKT Cruise in Berlin.
Surprise and special guest were Midnight Vices. The duo from France consists of Caravel and Drvsh. Caravel, the producer and DJane makes her debut in the US in September, but before makes the US- Ravers dance, she found time to get on board at the NAKT Boat Rave. Together with Drvsh, who grew up in a musician family and early got his hands on an instrument, she has been DJing together as Midnight Vices since 2019. Drvsh has been producing techno for over 10 years now. The duo released their first EP in 2019.
At one point Drvsh took over SCHERINGS Drumpad and drummed you over the Spree to the Great Müggelsee.
When we had all the ravers on board it went off across the Spree to the south-east to the Great Müggelsee, on which, however, only the boat took a break. The party continued unabated. Our boat debut ended where it started. We had an awesome party, with fat beats and the wind in our faces, but most importantly, we had a lot of fun on our NAKT boat rave.
